The Wynnum masterplan objective was to develop a series of design enhancements to improve Wynnum Gold Club’s aesthetic, functional, operational and financial performances, with the primary aim of enhancing the members experience. The design was staged to be undertaken over five years in line with the clubs funding capacity. The masterplan addresses the requirements with regard to the use and function for the Clubhouse, its immediate surrounds and associated ancillary structures. Each stage was to be a clearly defined scope of work, able to be undertaken independently of other stages.
