Andrew Williams

Andrew is the director at Williams Architects with experience spanning 30+ years within the industry. Educated in Sydney and following work within practices of varying sizes in Sydney, London and Surrey England, Andrew relocated to Brisbane in 2005 for his family and to pursue a developing interest and involvement in architecture and designing buildings in a sub-tropical climate. With experience on a variety of project typologies and by adopting a work methodology of immersing himself in projects, Andrew has developed a design acumen and is able to offer the necessary high level design skills through all stages of a project.

Our firm has a brilliant mix of graduates, all showing an inspiring interest in developing their knowledge. Predominately educated at the University of Queensland (UQ) and Queensland University of Technology (QUT), each person is dedicated to finding their own passions in design and architecture. Over the past 5 years, our graduates have worked on hospitals and health care, high-end residential, commercial, defence, and over 50+ different educational precincts.
Williams Architects encourages our graduates to also pursue their passions outside of work. We are a small team with big ambitions.
